A couple of weeks ago, I did a cleanse with a few of my clients. I felt lighter and clearer and noticed afterwards that I was full faster. It’s always good to do a little recharge and reset your digestive system. I drank no alcohol or coffee and swapped it with peppermint tea morning and night instead. And I didn’t find it difficult because the juices, soups and salads were already pre-made so I didn’t have to think about anything.
